Meet the Owner

Theresa Fox began her career in California in 1994, specializing in accounting, auditing and financial consulting for niche clientele. Being originally focused and certified to assist construction and other service-related industries, she assisted many start-ups and managed accounting and tax planning projects for a multitude of growing companies. Theresa eventually moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in early 2005, which is when she earned her Enrolled Agent (EA) credentials from the IRS. She opened Fox and Associates Inc in 2010 and has never looked back. For the first 10 years the firm specialized in the Professional Gaming Industry, representing many of the biggest names in gaming from around the world. With the rise of digital currencies, the firm’s staff has also become proficient in handling very complex crypto tax and accounting issues.

In addition to her Enrolled Agent qualifications, Theresa relentlessly continues her education and is a long-standing member of the Intuit Pro-Advisor Accounting Program. She is a Certified Acceptance Agent for the IRS due to her certification in Forensic Document Training. She's also a member of the NAEA- National Association of Enrolled Agents. Most recently she earned her Certified Tax Coach designation (CTC) and is still working toward her Certified Tax Strategist (CTS), the highest credentials offered by the AICTP, American Institute of Certified Tax Planners. She does an average of 36 Continued Education units each year to maintain her credentials and stay ahead of the curve!

Theresa has acquired a team of staff and business associates that bring decades of experience to the table, from accountants, financial planners, corporate advisors and attorneys. She has the resources and experience to set the plan in motion and reach the goals set together.
